We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Sales Executive with experience in selling Pre-fab buildings to recognized B2B Clients.

Qualification, Skills & Experience Required:
  • Basic Graduation in Commerce or related fields.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields may be preferred.
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in Pre-fab and PEB building selling.
  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with building quantity and cost estimation.
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills along with high self-motivation and passion for sales
Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. – Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately to close deals.
