We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Sales Executive with experience in selling Pre-fab buildings to recognized B2B Clients.
Qualification, Skills & Experience Required:–
- Basic Graduation in Commerce or related fields.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields may be preferred.
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in Pre-fab and PEB building selling.
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with building quantity and cost estimation.
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills along with high self-motivation and passion for sales
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. – Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately to close deals.
